Hi People

Just thought I would update you all on things in general and place the latest video URL's placed on youtube here. I have placed my appeal against the conviction, I have handed in the cross complaint to South Wales Police and shortly you will all be able to read what that is, but at the moment I am not sure that its not all sub-judacy so I'll wait and see.

However I feel free to mention that I have sent the Cross Complaint to the ECHR along with the question that has the duty solicitor provided by the Criminal Justice System bailing out of representing me at the Appeal on the Spurious Grounds that he might be a 'potential witness' I have asked him 'Well aren't you a 'potential witness' for all your clients does that mean your giving up the Law?'

Makes you wonder, so it looks like I will be doing it myself. I wonder if I will be allowed to charge costs at the rate the Trial Solicitor got paid? that would be a nice change or am I just a cash cow for the criminal justice system officer???????????

Sure does make me wonder. So the ECHR have been made aware that there are errors in the transcription of the tapes made while under caution curiously 3 times the word malfeasance has been replaced with (inaudible) when plainly it is not, and the word 'intellectual' is misrepresented as (inaudible) along with the complete mess of my blogs address http://bbccrazydave.blogspot.com/ and the constable dealing with the interview signed it off as being an accurate transcription. Really Chief Constable this gets more and more curious.

Meanwhile I am still at the same place putting up with the same criminal negligence as ever, and the great and the goood ha! Still wander around with apparent immunity eh Officer Haines???

Hi Everybody

On Saturday the 18th Oct 2008 I walked to fairwater to hand in a letter requesting the attendance of PC Haines the arresting officer and a full disclosure notice of all my calls to South Wales Police since 2002 up and until the present. The receptionist there was reluctant to proffer me with a receipt of delivery and went and got a PC who again didn't wish to provide a receipt with the date time or his badge number and informed me that 'if I received something like this I wouldn't attend court, you'll have to get a court summons' his parting shot as I left the building was 'He's a pain in the arse'

I wonder if the officer felt himself innocent of the charges brought against him and a solicitor who reneges on his social contract with his client that he would appreciate being called a pain in the arse???

Question? Are the Police public servants and isn't everything they require of us to do with proof in one way shape or form all I required is that I had proof of delivery.

To much to ask chief constable, I wonder if PC4161 ought to go on a customer service's course, and where politeness is given it is indeed returned. I also wonder chief constable whether members of the public ought to be proffered receipts when ever requested under law, so that your officers cannot bellyache over it, or stopped from make disparaging remarks to members of the public when making requests.

So today I have been to the court and they are issuing whatever it is that they require in order for the officer to answer some very pertinent questions.

IT IS ONLY A PITY THAT THE COURT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR COMPUTER EVIDENCE TO BE SUBMITTED OR HAVE ONE AVAILABLE WITH FULL INTERNET ACCESS FOR EVIDENCE TO BE SUPPLIED.

CROSS COMPLAINT NOTICE

Yesterday I handed in at Central Police Station my appeal documents as well as to the magistrate’s court, with regard the conviction of common assault against one Loi Tram. This then is the cross complaint letter I have been advised to deliver into your hands.

On Easter Sunday last Mr. Loi Tram conspired with Mr. S.M Watkins to ruin my peaceful enjoyment of my home and cause me harassment, aided and abetted by Cardiff County Council the Welsh Assembly Government the Crown Prosecution Service, South Wales Police and Judge Gary Hickinbottom.

I trust that you will do what is necessary to act upon this, that which was not done following similar complaints made under caution, those of criminal negligence that placed me in the invidious position of still being a resident of 15 Garth Place, details supporting this claim can be made by viewing my web page blog catalogue on http://bbccrazydave.blogspot.com and also on my youtube site search words iamcrazydave where over 280 separate videos are on view.

This is for the European court of human rights. Today I am about to deliver the following letter to the Crown Court the reasons are self explanatory, I trust that the court will act in my favour.

Re: THE ARREST OF PC HAINES 4737 FOR PERJURY

Hi Your Honour

I found out today that my appeal has been deferred once again this time from the 24th Oct 2008 to the 31st Oct. 2008. I believe that I have brought sufficient evidence with me to court today 24th Oct 2008 to convict PC Haines of perjury of evidence supplied to the court at my trial. This evidence supplied in documentation received by me from Philip Thomas the duty solicitor who represented up to trial.

In light of this information I would be obliged that the court might take the exceptional steps to hear what I have to say today, so that it might at least move to suspend PC Haines or issue the arrest warrant for him, as to leave it one more week might cast doubts on any convictions that PC Haines might make during the coming 7 days.

I do this out of fear for my health and well being your honour, and trust that I will be able to cast enough doubt on my conviction that the court will not only acquit me but take a second unusual step of the day, and instigate a public inquiry into the Criminal Negligence claims made by me when under caution, as well as to take into consideration the cross complaint (supplied to the court official who has received this) and as far as I am aware never investigated by PC Haines.

While I found PC Haines to be very professional in his manner, and no doubt and exemplary officer commendable in many ways up to this point in his career, both he and the person who typed the transcript of the ‘interview under caution’ may well have been pressurised by their superior officers into various acts of omission.

While it would have been nice to have computer access in order to show the court various videos and web-logs (blogs) that I believe would assist my claim of negligence and throw enough doubt on Mr. Trams statement as to acquit me also, I believe the perjury claim ought to suffice.

I shall wait in the lobby of the court in order to be at your Honours pleasure.

SUSTAINABLE HOUSING AND THE STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS FOR GOOD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT

Hi everybody

below are some of my latest videos on youtube at iamcrazydave. You will find that they deal in the main with government spend to private landlords in Cardiff and the difference in the current housing situation if some bright spark in the Council had made the recommendations to central government when the sum got to £1,000,000.00 that they do a deal with the banks to either buy or build council housing.

As to the current increase in repossessions currently a 70% increase according to media sources although I have grave misgivings about any of their pronouncements given my history. But it might have been wiser for Central Government to secure their homes by buying out a percentage of the properties of those who are struggling with their repayments so that they are not forced out on the streets.

Maybe you would have to renegotiate the price of the property or the percentage that government would co-own if it did and the bank have to take the lesser figure as they showed no interest in ever challenging an evaluation made by whom ever, they were only to happy to accept what ever valuation knowing full well that a) they would have higher repayments b) they didn't care for any downturn or the negative equity that would occur if that happened.

This policy might just have given the banks their liquidity back and no repossessions at all, with government having lots and lots of capital assets for their bailing out the banks in this way. But then an idea coming from me seems to be deemed to radical I guess that this one will be also. But oh what a nice Xmas present that would be to those fearing homelessness currently, or made so in the recent weeks.

I shall be making a video of this other option that central government could take but for now these are the ones regarding the £15 million spend per Annam in Cardiff to Private Landlords.

UPDATE 5TH NOV 1008

It never fails to amaze me how low some people will stoop. On friday night the 31st oct 2008 I tuned into Mr. George Galloway's Mother of all Talk shows and guess what at approximately 2216hrs he had some guy on who outlined the same as the above, to which Mr. Galloway said what a great idea. Funny thing is George never did send me an email saying the same thing but then George has me blocked, same as the IPCC who couldn't care less if a South Wales Police officer perjures reports to the court. Same as the Crown Prosecution Service couldn't be bothered to chase that up either. a to easy conviction of one of their own Crazydave. Oh yes!

Are you that much of a mountebank Mr. Galloway or the company you work for or have I just got a very active imagination surely it couldn't have been pure coincidence???? I often wonder if they pay some of the callers to phone into these talk shows???
